New furnace in XL-format -

a further milestone for our resources

We just installed a new, giant furnance. With this furnace we can produce parts up to diameter 2,3 meter.

The filling can be made from the front by the double wing door or by means of a crane through the hydraulic operated top cover. The cover has an integrated air circulation which guarantees an uniform temperature distribution within the whole furnance. Thyristor, thermostat and temperature sensors are controlled by a user-friendly SPS-control unit.

Most important parameters:

• Effective space 2,5 x 2,5 x 3 meters
• Temperature range up to 250°C, continuously adjustable
• Air circulation approx. 20'000 m3/h
• Heating power 144kW
